Let PLUMBED TO PERFECTION take care of your plumbing/gas needs while you focus on more important things like faith, family, and friends.

Here are a few suggestions for enjoying precious time together on a budget:

Kids love camping and there's no place like home for a sheet tent, popcorn, and a good DVD.

A living room/family room picnic is always a fun time. Let the kids help make sandwiches (or whatever). You can create fun pictures in the bread using cookie cutters.

Grab an old board game, I know some may need help with this one, but it is a great way to bring everyone together and uses no electricity to operate.

For our couples, I recently cut out pictures from the fliers from Valentines Day and glued them to construction paper (I got a whole pack from the Dollar Tree for guess what ~ a dollar). I got some candles, again, no electricity to use, and we laid back and shared some really fun times we've had together. We laughed and even cried at the amazing journey this has been. It not only brought us a lot of joy, but gave us an escape from the craziness for a little while.

Remember the game CHARADES? Get a group of people and write on scrap paper some things that can be acted out. Place them in a pile and have each person pick one. Simply be silly. Act out your object and let the others guess. This can be quite funny and laughter is good medicine for the soul.

Most of all remember, that you are not alone and making the best out of a difficult situation, can help your over all health and well being and that is very important to us.

GAS FIREPLACE SEASON IS RAPIDLY APPROACHING AND TAKE A LOOK AT THE SPECIALS WE HAVE FOR YOU

We are continuing the 10% DISCOUNT off of the LABOR rates and adding a NEW bonus to our CUSTOMER REFERRAL PROGRAM. Customers that refer us to family, friends, neighbors, co-workers, etc. will receive a $25 Gift Certificate for each NEW referral that we service. The gift certificates do not expire and can be combined and used for your next plumbing/gas service. Referrals MUST have had service and MUST provide the name of the existing customer that referred them.

IT GETS EVEN BETTER

Each time you refer someone, (remember, they MUST provide your name) we will enter you in our GRAND PRIZE DRAWING. That's right, each referral increases your chances of winning. Then, at the end of each quarter, (March 31st, June 30th, September 30th, and December 31st) we will pick a name, yes the old fashion way, out of a hat. The winner will get a $150 Gift Certificate towards any future plumbing/gas service. This too can be combined with your other certificates.

WOW, How is that? The greatest compliment you can give us is when you share your experience with others and they bless us with the opportunity to serve them as well. So for that, we just want you to know that we appreciate you and all the many ways you bless us.

PLUMBING NEWS:

Reminder: When you are starting your fall/winter prep work, you don't want to forget the hose bib. One of the biggest complaints is that they forgot to drain and winterize the hose bib. They are often reminded by the busted pipe either on the inside of the house or out. Neither are welcome at any time.

Preparing for the changing of the seasons can be challenging when there are so many other things on your plate. In the coming months, we will be putting up a CHECK LIST to help you stay on the top side of the game. Keep your eye out for it.

GAS GRILL NEWS:

Grills are a welcome site during any season; however, during the cooler months be especially careful as our little furry friends tend to make their homes in the strangest of places. Be sure to check the inside of the grill for any spider webs. Spiders can make their way inside of the tubes and block the gas flow causing serious danger to the user. Also, check for possible gas leaks that may have resulted from the grill being moved around; over all age of the grill; and general, everyday use. Most people are not aware that grills should be serviced on an 'ANNUAL' basis. This is a service we at PTP provide. This service will prolong the life of your grill as well as allow it to operate properly and safely giving you a more enjoyable grilling season.

GAS FIREPLACE NEWS:

All gas fireplaces do need to be serviced on an 'ANNUAL' basis. This simple maintenance corrects over 90% of the problems customers have with their units. It also allows the unit to operate more effectively and efficiently.

This is the most important thing you can do to help prolong the life of your unit and your enjoyable time in front of it.
